Delete your account & data

nag reminder by Robin Kunz · two ways, both free, both final

You can delete your nag reminder account and everything stored with it at any time. Nobody will try to talk you out of it.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open nag on your phone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap your subscription & account card at the top.
4. Tap Continue To Delete Account.
5. Confirm with Delete All Data. There is a 5-second safety countdown.

Deletion runs immediately. Your reminders, photos and account are removed from our servers within minutes.

Option 2: by e-mail (if you no longer have the app)

Write to robin@nagreminder.com from the e-mail address you used to sign in. Subject: Delete my nag account. No reason needed. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your account (the sign-in with Apple, Google or e-mail).
• All reminders, their history and settings stored in the cloud backup.
• All reminder photos uploaded to the cloud.

What is kept, and why

• Purchase records stay with Apple or Google. They handle billing, we never see your card. Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Play Store settings; the help page has the steps.
• Anonymous usage statistics that cannot be linked to you.
• Accounting records we are legally required to keep, for the legal retention period only.
• Support conversations, if you ever wrote to us. A conversation has two sides, so it is not deleted together with your account. We keep it to answer follow-up questions and to understand what was reported. It is stored separately from your account data, and only you and Robin can read it. The founder chat also creates an anonymous sign-in on your device; that sign-in is separate from your nag account and is not removed by account deletion either. Want your conversation gone too? Write to robin@nagreminder.com and we delete it by hand, within 7 days.
