# nag reminder > A reminder app for iPhone and Android that keeps reminding you until the task > is actually marked done. Other reminder apps notify once and give up; nag > escalates and repeats. Built since 2019 by Nadine and Robin, a Swiss couple. > Paid subscription, free trial, no ads, no data selling. Everything below is the whole website. There is nothing behind a login. ## What nag is - One job only: reminders that do not stop until you complete them. - Deliberately has no lists, tags, categories or projects. - Every reminder needs a due time. There are no undated todos. - Recurrences: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, each with an interval, plus weekday-only, weekend-only, specific weekdays, nth weekday of the month, first or last day of the month, and repeat-after-completion. - Works offline. Reminders are scheduled on the device. - iPhone: iOS 17 or newer, with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. - Android: Android 7.0 or newer. - Sounds and haptics, a built-in focus timer, natural-language entry. - 11 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese. ## Pages - [Home](https://nagreminder.com/): store links, a preview video and reviews. - [Help and FAQ](https://nagreminder.com/faq): how it works, recurrences, devices and permissions, subscription and refunds, privacy, and what to do when reminders do not arrive. - [About us](https://nagreminder.com/about): why the app exists, written by the two founders. - [Support and Contact](https://nagreminder.com/contact): support runs inside the app under Settings, Support and Contact. It is not free forever, and it is not a one-time purchase. - Billing is handled entirely by Apple and Google. Refunds must be requested from them, not from nag. - nag does not sell data. - The company behind the Terms of Use is YLABS, Switzerland. - There is no support email address. Support runs inside the app under Settings, Support and Contact. Legal enquiries go through the contact form linked from the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. - The most common support question is reminders not arriving on Android. The cause is almost always the system battery optimisation, not the app.
